Terms and Conditions of your Purchase: Please read this document carefully as it contains very important information about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. You must notify Mighty Mounts within 30 business days from date of receipt of the ordered item(s) if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. No exceptions.

LIMITED WARRANTIE. Mighty Incorporated DBA Mighty Mounts provides one year limited warranty on products from the date of purchase one Engine and Transmission Mounts, unless otherwise stated. Suspension parts and drivetrain parts has three months warrantee. Wheel Bearing has no warrantee due to the fact we cannot control how the bearings will be pressed by the users. The manufacturer warrants all parts purchased and retained in the United States to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. Our warranty covers the replacement of a defective part within the original warranty period. If a replacement is not available, a full refund for the cost of the part will be issued to the original purchaser. Warranties are limited to the original purchaser and are non-transferable. Our liability under no circumstances will exceed the amount of the original sale. The warranty does not cover the cost of transportation and the cost of labor and service incurred during installation, or in removal of the defective part, or in obtaining and replacing the defective part. The warranty does not apply to (1) Products removed and reinstalled after initial installation; (2) Products which have defects or damage which result from improper repair or maintenance, or installation; or which are caused by accident, misuse or abuse, fire, flood, alteration or miss-application of the product; (3) Products which have been subject to misuse, negligence or accidents; or (4) Products which have been operated in a manner contrary to the original equipment manufacturers’ printed instructions.

All items are sold on an AS IS basis. All implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular use of the ordered item(s) are hereby disclaimed. Mighty Mounts makes no warranties for service or labor. Our company makes no expressed warranties except those stated in the applicable warranties only when Mighty Mounts receipt of payment in full for the item(s) to be warranted.

RETURN POLICIES. Please check your ordered item(s) for fitness and for correct matching to your vehicle before installation. Altered, installed, or painted parts cannot be returned. All returns should be made within 30 business days from date of receipt of the ordered items and are subject to 10% Restocking fee. Shipping charge is not refundable. Refund on returned items will be processed and issued once we received the item(s). No credits can be issued on damaged/defective items, ONLY EXCHANGE. You must contact us directly to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) before you attempt to return any item. You must return the item(s) to us in their original box or packaging. You are responsible for loss in transit, shipping and handling fees for returning the item.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Mighty Mounts does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including but not limited to any liability for item(s) not being available for use, lost profits, loss of business, except as expressly provided herein. Our company will not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised for the possibility of such damages or for any claim by any third party.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING OF ITEMS FOR RETURN. Three steps to return: 1. Pack the items in the boxes with a copy of original packing slip or receipt 2. Mail the package back to Mighty Mounts, 2716 Seaman Ave , EL Monte, CALIFORNIA 91733

REFUND POLICY. We will notify you via email or postal mail of your refund once we have received and inspected the returned item(s).You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 1 to 5 business days from the receipt of your return.
